​Delivery by BPOST (0 to 30kg) in Belgium: 

                                   

             0 - 10kg                    € 6,70

             10 - 30kg                  € 11,70

 

The BPOST delivery can be selected for any shipment in Belgium (delivery to an address of your choice) up to 30kg.

Maximum dimensions: longest side is max 1,50m (1*length + 2*width + 2*hight = maximum 3,00m).

The packages will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

In case of absence during the delivery you will receive a notice so that you can collect your delivery in the closest post office. You can also call the telephone number mentionned on the notice and ask for a second free delivery at your home.

The packages are kept pending in the post office during 10 business days. In case you do not collect your package during this time, it will be returned to IO's Interior.

 

For the delivery outside Belgium or for the delivery of large packages exceeding the maximum dimensions or weighing more than 30kg, please contact us at the following email address: ios.interior.be@gmail.com.

The items are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering.

Wrong or not existing delivery addresses are the responsability of the Buyer and can result in extra costs. The Buyer must verify the state of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier, in the form of handwritten reserves on the delivery order, followed by the signing of the Buyer and send an e-mail to: ios.interior.be@gmail.com including photos of damage on the item, and this within 2 days after the delivery.

Transport charges are confirmed at the check out, before the final confirmation of the order. Transport charges will depend on the destination of delivery chosen as well as on weight and measurements.

The costs can not be challenged by the Buyer, as he has necessarily been informed when paying for his order. IO's Interior cannot be held responsible should an event of force majeure occur, affecting production, availability, transport or delivery of the product.

In case of non-delivery of the goods, the potential costs paid by the Buyer are paid back without any interest or other compensation.

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt or at the latest the next day. In-stock items are delivered in Belgium by BPost, with an indicative delivery time of 4 working days. The possible delays do not entitle to compensation.

Items not present in stock and/or shipped out of Belgium are subject to a longer shipping time stated in the item description. In the context of international shipping, taxes and/or additional charges may be payable by the Buyer upon removal of the article.

CANCELLATION

Concerning the sale at distance (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), according to the Law of April, 6th 2010 of the Law of Commercial Practices, the Buyer may use his right of retraction without having to pay penalties, except for the costs of returning the goods, within a period of 14 days, starting as from the day of reception of the goods by the Buyer.

The Buyer must notify his/her cancellation by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, sent to: IO's Interior scs/gcv, Notelarenstraat 42, 3090 Overijse (Belgium) or by contacting IO's Interior by mail at: ios.interior.be@gmail.com, mentioning the reason for return.

In all cases, the return is carried out at the Buyer's own risk. It will be up to the Buyer to preserve any proof of return.

The returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale and in original packing. They cannot have been worn, used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration and they should be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged. This right of retraction is exerted without penalty, except for the transport charges wich remain at the cost of the Buyer.
